Yes, all residents are required to maintain renter’s liability insurance with a minimum of $100,000 in coverage.

Yes! Cypress Villas is a pet-friendly community.

We welcome up to two pets per apartment home. There is a weight limit of 50 pounds per pet, and certain breeds are prohibited. Residents are encouraged to contact the leasing office directly for full pet policy details and any additional questions regarding pet approval requirements.

There is a $500 pet deposit required as well as a monthly pet rent of $50 per pet.

Residents can enjoy visits to Redlands Dog Park, one of the area's most popular off-leash destinations where dogs can run, play, and socialize. The community is also close to a variety of neighborhood parks, walking trails, and outdoor spaces.

Cypress Villas offers hassle-free parking options, including available single-car and double-car garages for residents.

Residents of one and two-bedroom apartments receive one assigned covered carport space, while three-bedroom apartments receive two assigned parking spaces, which may be covered or uncovered. Additional parking spaces are available for $45 per month.
